At My Therapist Inc., I value your time and commitment to your well-being. I ask that you kindly provide a minimum notice of two business days when rescheduling or cancelling appointments. Two days allow me to offer the appointment slot to another client in need with adequate advance notice.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will do my best to accommodate last-minute emergencies and sudden changes in your schedule without a cancellation fee. However, repeated cancellations or late rescheduling may limit my ability to effectively serve you and other clients—mainly the popular late evening and weekend sessions.
